About Arriva Group
Arriva is a passenger transport company operating bus, train, coach, tram, waterbus, bike-sharing, on-demand transport and a rolling stock leasing business across Europe. Its activities are organised into four business units: UK Bus, UK Trains, the Netherlands and Mainland Europe, with passenger operations in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom, plus a rolling stock leasing company in Romania. Since June 2024 the company has been owned by infrastructure investor I Squared Capital, having previously been a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn.
