About Keenfinity
Keenfinity Group is a provider of security and professional communication products and systems, covering video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm, and professional communication/audio. It was formed from the carve-out of Bosch Group's security and communications technology product business, completed on 1 July 2025, and operates as an independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton. The group is organized into four businesses — IQSIGHT Video Systems, Radionix Intrusion & Access, Keenfinity Electronics Manufacturing Services, and Audio — and markets brands including Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, Avonic, RTS, and Telex.
