About Pobl Group
Pobl Group (rebranded as Codi Group from 1 January 2026) is a not-for-profit housing association operating in Wales that provides affordable housing alongside care and support services. It was formed through the 2016 merger of Seren Group and Grŵp Gwalia, and in April 2024 it merged with Linc Cymru to become the largest housing association in Wales. Following the Linc Cymru merger, the group manages close to 25,000 homes and provides care and support to almost 17,000 individuals.
