The Business Development Manager role is key in helping the team succeed and enabling the Company to grow and develop. Key Duties and Responsibilities This is an individual contributor role with a personal sales target. The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving revenue goals in the Enterprise segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited. This role operates cross sector including pharmacy, care and optical, and builds relationships with key decision-makers whilst: executing the sales strategy that aligns with Company goals and objectives, including prospecting to a named target list as well as outbound prospecting from your own research; working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand and drive sales; building relationships with key decision-makers in the audiology, care home, optical and pharmacy segments; progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure, navigating the organisation to bring the right resources to drive sales; collaborating with other departments within the organisation, such as account management, product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth handover for ongoing success; providing regular updates and reports to the UK General Manager on sales performance; developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry, including emerging trends, competitors and regulations; and performing other duties as assigned. Your Profile You are experienced in selling to the large enterprise customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success. You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality. You will be able to personally develop, maintain and expand our market presence and be involved with exciting and impactful campaigns. You have: significant experience in b2b sales; the ability to build and maintain relationships with key senior decision-makers; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry; ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel 50% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience. Preferred experience and qualifications include: experience in AI or healthcare technology sales; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; and experience in SaaS sales.
