About the role

We're looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially minded Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our growing Rural Surveying team around December 2026.

Based at our office in Inverness, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio, predominately working with a significant high profile client, whilst working alongside industry-leading experts and building the foundations of a successful surveying career.

You will be joining our Rural Estate Management and Professional team, a well-established team that brings a fresh, modern approach to land agency, combining deep-rooted sector knowledge with innovative thinking to support the evolving rural economy.

Our services span agency, estate management, business strategy, valuations, planning and development and renewable energy consultancy.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with day-to-day estate management, including inspections, tenancy agreements and general estate issues

  • Supporting rent administration tasks, including rent reviews, tenant accounts and arrears management
  • Assisting with client reporting and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures
  • Contributing to wider team activities, including supporting existing clients and developing business generation skills

What you'll achieve

As a Graduate Rural Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of projects while working alongside experienced professionals. You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside us, and we're committed to supporting your progress every step of the way.

You'll also join our two-year graduate development program, designed to enhance your personal effectiveness, commercial and financial acumen and client delivery skills. This program will help you build a robust foundation for a successful career in the property sector, taking you beyond your current technical expertise.

Requirements
