What Your Day Will Look Like
- Engaging Communication: Connect with customers, contractors, and insurer clients via phone, email, and written correspondence. Your friendly approach will make a difference.
- Claim Assessment: Assess the overall validity of claims and create meticulous schedules of works. Restore properties to their original splendor.
- Repair Evaluation: Utilize our in-house schedule of rates to update building repair scopes. Evaluate contractor estimates like a seasoned pro.
- Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate cash settlements for repairs with policyholders.
- Contractor Management: Manage panel contractors, ensuring repair schedules and costs align harmoniously.
- Claims Settlement: Settle claims under delegating authority. Your expertise will make a real impact.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Experience: Whether you're a seasoned buildings insurance claims expert, have extensive trade experience, or hold the title of Graduate Building Surveyor, we welcome you.
- Communication: Your verbal and written skills will shine.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of service—our clients deserve the best.
- Attitude: Bring a can-do attitude and flexibility. You're a self-motivated team player.
