About the role
The International Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for growing SaaS revenues within an assigned territory or account base. The role involves identifying key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and building relationships to secure new sales and drive revenue growth across Tes's product portfolio. The BDM will focus on penetrating new markets and expanding Tes's reach within the education sector, often conducting sales virtually but with potential for international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Engage in daily outbound calls to build a robust pipeline and close sales
- Showcase Tes's software solutions through a value-based approach
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and CRM data
- Develop expert knowledge of Tes's product portfolio and market positioning
- Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
Experience: Proven outbound sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets, ideally in international markets
Skills: Strong communication, objection handling, and influencing skills. Ability to adapt to different customers, especially C-level stakeholders. Resilience and tenacity in achieving goals
