Location: Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell

Salary: £34,869 - £47,945 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs
• Make recommendations based on survey findings

Requirements

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 (essential)
• Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB (essential)
• Ability to travel across the region as required
• Eligible to work in the UK (Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship)
• Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment
• Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
