- London: £37,854 - £52,051 per annum
- National: £34,869 - £47,945 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Croydon, Merton, Sutton and surrounding areas in South London.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
- Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carrying out major void inspections
- Ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs
- Making recommendations based on survey findings
Requirements
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 (essential)
- Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB (essential)
- Ability to travel across the region as required
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment
