  • Proactively identify and secure new opportunities for PACOM solutions across key verticals (e.g., banking & finance, utilities, retail, data centres, critical infrastructure)
  • Drive demand for PACOM's integrated platforms (GMS, VIGIL CORE, Unison) across multi-site and enterprise environments
  • Develop and execute territory and account acquisition plans aligned with regional growth targets
  • Proactively generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
  • Promote PACOM's value proposition of unified security and operational efficiency

Channel & Account Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), system integrators, and strategic partners acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships
  • Support partners in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities
  • Manage key end-user accounts, ensuring long-term growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business needs, challenges and strategic objectives
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive account management and responsive communication
  • Monitor account performance and address any concerns swiftly to protect and grow revenue

Sales Execution

  • Deliver high-impact product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals
  • Manage RFPs, tenders, and complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Negotiate commercial agreements in line with PACOM policies
  • Accurately maintain the CRM system with up-to-date pipeline, activity and forecast data
  • Provide regular reports on territory performance, pipeline status and market intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights back to the business to inform strategy
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs

Collaboration & Market Insight

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including technical, marketing and customer services to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
  • Provide market feedback on customer requirements, competitor positioning, and emerging trends
  • Maintain strong awareness of developments in integrated security, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms
