As a Product Development Manager in the ServiceNow team, you will work on either the core platform, the ITSM module or the ITOM module and bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and Next Tech to turn technology into a competitive advantage. What You'll Take On
In this role you will be driving end-to-end delivery and ensuring the ServiceNow platform provides real value to the business. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Team management: Guiding a team of developers, administrators and analysts by setting clear sprint goals and managing resource allocation.
- Stakeholder partnership: Acting as the primary liaison for our stakeholders, translating technical bottlenecks into clear business decisions.
- Governance: Proactively managing projects, documentation, and risks to prevent "fire drills" before they happen.
What You'll Bring
- Project Management experience
- A solid grasp of the ServiceNow platform specifically around either ITSM, ITOM or the core platform
- The ability to make the complex sound simple, whether you are talking to a developer or senior leadership.
- You don't just find problems, you bring potential solutions to the table and stay resilient during busy periods.
- A proactive approach to teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards of delivery
Additional Information
Part of the ServiceNow team are based in Sri Lanka, and occasional travel may be required.
