  • Managing vacant properties and coordinating repairs, maintenance and improvement works
  • Ensuring property inspections are completed and records maintained accurately
  • Working alongside Facilities Management colleagues to ensure compliance obligations are met
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
  • Assisting with reporting and portfolio updates for clients and internal stakeholders

What will it take to be successful?

We're looking for someone with experience in property management, lettings, housing, estate management or a similar environment who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll also have:

  • Experience managing residential properties, tenancies or property portfolios
  • Some experience supervising, mentoring or supporting colleagues, or a desire to develop your people management skills
  • Good knowledge of residential property management practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence

Experience working with infrastructure, utilities or corporate property portfolios would be beneficial but is not essential.
