Property Manager - Cambridge

Role Overview

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks:

• Client care
• Organising and conducting inspections and check outs
• Liaising with tenants
• Administrating deposit returns
• Administering Tenancy Progression through to move in
• Meeting and greeting clients and tenants

You will be expected to take the lead on ensuring all required paperwork and checks that are carried out for each tenancy, with the support of your team, complying with all Savills processes, ARLA guidance and statutory legislation.
