Senior Learning & Development Manager
UL SolutionsUL Solutions is seeking a Senior learning and Development Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of global L&D solutions that build critical capabilities and support business transformation. This person will be responsible for driving a scalable, AI enabled learning portfolio and partner with the business to develop impactful, data driven learning experiences.
The role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Basingstoke (UK).
