Senior Property Management Surveyor

A Property Management specialist responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
The role will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates and on-site staff.
You will work closely with the Property Accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly, annually and on an ad hoc basis
- Ensure all rental and other income (including tenant indebtedness) is administered and recorded correctly
- Prepare and oversee the service charge expenditure while ensuring tenants comply with all lease obligations
- Provide professional advice and support to clients in connection with value enhancement assets, rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programmes
- Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants
- Work with landlords and tenants on all matters relating to clients' property portfolios
- Undertake or arrange property inspections
- Assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties
- Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
- Upsell specialist services and utilise knowledge from Environmental and Sustainability, Building Surveying services and placemaking initiatives

- As a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will need to help support the early careers of Graduates and Apprentices working towards their professional qualification
