Our ambition is to be regarded as the most professional managing agent in the country - with a team of exceptional people who are energised by what they do. We're all about communication, collaboration, teamwork – and having fun while we work. By creating an inviting environment for our people to be inspired, learn and flourish can make all the difference.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Property Manager — known at Encore as an Estate Manager — to coordinate resources and manage a diverse portfolio of residential estates.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
  • 5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Why Work with Us?

  • Great Team Environment: You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.
  • Growth Opportunities: We believe in helping our people grow. With extensive training and development, you'll have plenty of opportunities to advance your career.
  • Competitive Salary & Perks: We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a positive workplace culture where your contributions are valued.
