It was founded in 1986 by Ray Titus, together with his father Roy Titus, beginning with the first Signarama sign franchise. Its brands and service companies include Signarama, Fully Promoted, Transworld Business Advisors, Exit Factor, Accurate Franchising Inc., and Franchise Real Estate.
