About the Role

The role of an Apprentice Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding. Are you looking to join a well-established Estate Agency? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? Key Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills Required

• Experience within sales and customer service
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
• Be responsive to change
• A full UK driving license
