Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project team, you'll support all aspects of commercial management including:

• Cost reporting and forecasting
• CVRs and commercial reporting
• Valuations and change management
• Subcontract procurement and administration
• Payment applications and subcontract accounts
• Monitoring project costs, risks and opportunities
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience within a commercial role on construction, industrial or civil engineering projects
• A Quantity Surveying degree or be working towards one
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
