You'll be responsible for making sure the customer experience in your branch is the best on the high street. Your leadership skills and keen commercial mind will get the best results from your team.
Employment details
- Permanent position
- Full or part-time, 28-35 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday
- Salary will be pro rata if part-time
Location requirements
- Must be within a 45-minute commute of the Havant branch
- Nationwide has the UK's largest network with over 600 branches, so alternative locations may be available
Training
- Virtual and in-branch based
- First 3 weeks are critical to your career journey with us
- No holiday should be taken during the first few weeks
