Partner Agent – Blackwood

About the role

As a Partner agent with Darlows, you'll combine the freedom to grow your personal brand and local market presence with industry-leading training, marketing support and qualified leads.

This is a home-based, fully employed position offering the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in your local area. You will provide an end-to-end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale.

This is the perfect role for an experienced Estate Agent looking for more autonomy whilst still maintaining the security and benefit of a salary and support from a well-known brand. Your responsibilities

The role will be tailored by you, and your results will be reflected by your marketing flair, sales skills and customer service. Our Partners are expected to:

• Build local relationships
• Be obsessed with business generation
• Market your own personal brand
• Offer customers an experience they can rave about
• Manage your own diary to offer customers support at times that suit them

What you'll need to proceed

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of your right to work in the UK in the form of a Passport or Birth Certificate
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance details
