Requirements
- At least 3 years' estate agency experience
- A proven track record of winning instructions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- The ambition to maximise your earnings
About the Role
You'll conduct property valuations, win new instructions, build relationships with vendors, negotiate offers and sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Earnings Potential
