We're now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site management programme, including preventative maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle planning
- Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, policies and best practices
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, servicing and repair of site facilities day to day, facilities equipment and various equipment that supports the operation
- Lead facility refurbishment, renovation and improvement projects to enhance site performance and functionality
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, including energy efficiency and sustainability programmes
This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have Facilities Management experience in a warehouse
- Understand processes for repair & maintenance & have the ability to action this
- Have strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Compliance regulations
- Have experience driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
