Overview

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting tenants and landlords throughout the rental process, using your existing experience to confidently conduct property viewings, negotiate successful agreements, and build lasting relationships within the local market.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing enquiries efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of the branch while representing the haart brand in the Ipswich community.

Compensation & Working Hours

Salary: £28,000–£50,000 OTE per year (dependent on experience)

Commission: Uncapped

Hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements

  • Must have access to a vehicle
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car

If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
