Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Saturdays: 9.30am to 4.30pm (day in lieu)
Requirements
Driving Licence: You must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car.

The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding!
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify prospective tenants, identify their property needs and help them find the right rental property
- Conduct viewing appointments with prospective tenants
- Work with landlords to provide the right marketing support and advice through negotiating a tenancy and assisting progress through to move in day
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group
- Learn how to carry out Market appraisals and progress your career to Senior Negotiator level
Skills Required
- At least six months to one years experience as a residential lettings agent and a proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
