Trainee Mobile Manager
About the Role
Johnson's Dry Cleaners, part of Timpson Group Limited, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join as a Mobile Manager. This is a permanent position based in Northampton, covering relief and support across multiple branches in the surrounding region.
The role requires coverage between various branches. You will travel to locations including Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Leicester, Coventry, Oxford, Banbury, Rugby, Bedford, and Birmingham. A full driver's license and mode of transport are essential. Traveling expenses are paid.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations in various branches and provide relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a colleague's absence
- Ensure correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy
- Ensure excellent service is provided to customers and promote a positive working environment
- Provide correct training and assessment to colleagues
- Operate flexibly across a broad range of activities in support of the company's continuing need to adapt to change
- Work closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to ensure effective running of the area
- Complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day

Pay & Hours
Starting salary: £27,040 per annum, increasing to £27,872 per annum following a successful trial period
Bonus: Uncapped weekly bonus opportunity
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained

Johnsons The Cleaners (Johnsons Dry Cleaners) is a UK high-street dry cleaning and laundry business offering services including dry cleaning, laundry, wedding dress cleaning, duvet and bedding cleaning, home furnishings and carpet cleaning, and clothing alterations and repairs, alongside additional services such as photo printing and key cutting. It operates shops on UK high streets and drop-off/concession locations inside selected supermarkets. It has been part of the Timpson Group since 2017.
