Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Bilston - Paul Dubberley branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets

Skills & Experience

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
