Salary: £34,869 - £43,586 per annum plus the potential to earn up to 35% commission
Hours: 36 per week, including weekends (with days off in lieu)

About the role
Join our dynamic Sales team at Latimer and play a key role in driving success across our developments. We're looking for a confident and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join our team at Latimer, part of the Clarion Housing Group.
You'll be responsible for selling Shared Ownership homes across our residential developments in Bristol and the South West, from first enquiry through to completion. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the primary contact for buyers, guiding them through their purchasing journey and promoting our homes and services, including those offered by our partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.
Our sales sites are open 7 days a week and you'll be required to work weekends as part of your five-day working week.
Responsibilities
- Sell Shared Ownership homes to achieve high-volume sales of newly built properties
- Negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes for the business
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the purchasing journey
- Guide buyers through their purchasing journey as the primary contact
- Promote homes and services, including those offered by partner mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Work with external partners such as solicitors, agents, and financial advisers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Regularly travel across the region to sites and external venues as required
Requirements
- Experience in property sales with an understanding of Shared Ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and personable approach
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence working with external partners
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to regularly travel across the region to sites and external venues as required
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
