Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join the SW-Surrey London branch, covering the Crayford, Bexley, Welling, Eltham, Lewisham, Catford, Penge, Sydenham and Dulwich area.
About the Role
In this field-based role, you will visit both new and existing customers, survey their properties, and determine solutions to address or prevent their specific pest issues. Daily travel is required, and you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring customers are satisfied with our service.
Full training is provided, and no experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent problem solver
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
Compensation and Benefits
Salary and Earnings:
- Basic salary: £27,057 per annum, with a £1,000 London Weighting Allowance
- Expected OTE: £40,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

Work Arrangements:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- Relocation package of up to £5,000 available if moving from more than 2 hours away to a location nearby
