You'll speak with sellers and agents, understand their circumstances and explain how auction could provide the right solution. Once a property is instructed, The Auction Company provides the central auction infrastructure, including Rightmove advertising, legal-pack coordination and running the auction itself. You focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships. All TAC Auction Partners must complete The Auction Company's required AML and compliance process and receive approval before operating.
