About the role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Wolverhampton. You'll bring strong residential property management knowledge, excellent client care and a commitment to high service and compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports

Salary and earnings

• Basic salary range: £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
• Additional £5,000 earnings expected through uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: £27,800 to £32,500+ per year

Working hours

• Weekdays: 08:30–18:00
• One in every four Saturday: 09:00–17:00, with a day-in-lieu

(Hotel stay whilst training is dependent on your travel distance to our Head Office location.)

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic-only driving licences cannot be accepted at this time)
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Passport or Birth Certificate (proof of right to work in the UK)
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance number
• Drivers Licence Check
