About the role
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You'll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Bristol, we'd welcome your application.
Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (we cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time)
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
Working hours
- Weekdays: 08:30–18:00
- One in every four Saturday: 09:00–17:00 (with a day-in-lieu)
Salary and commission
- Basic salary range: £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £4,140 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on-target earnings: £27,844 to £31,640+ OTE per year
