We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Earley, where proven knowledge of residential property management and client care is essential. This role is ideal for a confident professional who maintains high standards of service and compliance at all times. Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic-only licences cannot be accepted)
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

Working hours
- Weekdays: 08:30–18:00
- One in every four Saturday: 09:00–17:00 (with a day-in-lieu)
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 OTE per year, dependent on experience
- Basic salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per year
- Additional £6,000 earnings expected through uncapped commission

- Several days of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Purpose-built training location

- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of training (dependent on your travel distance to Head Office location)
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
