About the Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant - Valuer to join our Telford office. You should have estate agency experience and a strong background in valuations.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads and prospecting for new business
- Conducting market appraisals & writing consultation reports
- Listing properties with compelling marketing descriptions
- Creating engaging video tours to showcase homes
- Networking and delivering outstanding client service
Salary & Working Hours
- OTE: £50,000 (uncapped commission & bonuses)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: Typically one Saturday per month, with the following Friday afternoon off
- Driving licence: Full, clean driving licence is essential
