Salary: £45,000 - £60,000pa depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost control for projects
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts
• Monitor project progress and implement cost-saving measures
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and change orders effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols
• Support project managers in resolving contractual issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in quantity surveying or contract management within the heating, ventilation, or building services industry
• Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and contract law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations

Preferred:

• Experience managing large-scale HVAC or Passive Fire projects
• Certification in quantity surveying or project management
