About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead regarding the administration of potentially 30 to 50 Water Storage Point projects by the end of March 2027
- Ensuring that all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed in a timely manner as not to disrupt the delivery of the programmed works
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
- Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred)
- NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable)
- NEC4 PSC commercial management experience
- Background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes
- Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms
- Experience within consultancy environments
Skills and attributes:
- Detail-oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills
- Proactive, collaborative and able to operate in fast-paced programme environments
