About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead regarding the administration of potentially 30 to 50 Water Storage Point projects by the end of March 2027
• Ensuring that all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed in a timely manner as not to disrupt the delivery of the programmed works

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
• Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred)
• NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable)
• NEC4 PSC commercial management experience
• Background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes
• Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms
• Experience within consultancy environments

Skills and attributes:

• Detail-oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills
• Proactive, collaborative and able to operate in fast-paced programme environments
