Location: Fordingbridge

Salary: £30k–£35k Basic Salary | OTE £45k | Uncapped Commission | Company Car or Car Allowance

About the role

You'll be the face of our client's development, welcoming prospective buyers, showcasing the homes and guiding them from their first enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with developers, colleagues and purchasers, you'll build lasting relationships, keep sales moving and deliver a positive customer experience.

Experience in new homes or estate agency is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a strong sales background from other sectors. If you're confident building relationships and turning enquiries into sales, we'll provide training and support to help you develop your career in new homes.

What we're looking for

• A strong sales background, whether in new homes, estate agency, car sales or another sector
• A passion for property, people, and delivering high standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site
• Full UK driving licence
