Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Pangbourne office

Compensation: Competitive package dependent on experience

About the role

Primarily responsible for contributing towards generating and maintaining profitable sales and lettings within the office area and working as part of the office team to achieve office and personal targets.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Sales/Lettings/Branch Manager/s
• Be a team member within the network of offices and services
• Refer and promote the network at all times
• Serve as an ambassador of Davis Tate inside and outside of employment hours
• Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations and carry out viewings
• Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate

• Strong IT skills
• Good level of influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, with good time management
• Adaptable to change and responsive to economic climate shifts
• Demonstrated team player attitude
• Strong admin skills
• Strong customer-facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
• Ability to work using own judgement
• Essential: Valid driving licence
