Sales Negotiator / Lister

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a proactive Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our client’s busy estate agency. This role involves managing the sales process from initial property listings through to negotiating offers with buyers. You will play a key role in representing the agency, marketing properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities List new properties and conduct thorough market appraisals. Prepare and advertise properties across multiple platforms. Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential buyers. Negotiate offers in line with client expectations. Maintain accurate records and update property management systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and internal teams. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lister within estate agency or property sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of local property market would be advantageous. Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment. Basic (negotiable) + OTE £40,000 pa to £46,000 pa + Benefits Interested?
