Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu)

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the key point of contact for buyers and vendors, responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings and progressing sales through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Register and quality new applicants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Generate new business through canvassing, call outs and referrals
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Support the team with marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background (property experience preferred, but not essential)
  • Confident, enthusiastic and target driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure
