Your Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
- Increase revenue and profitability
- Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
- Coach other managers in the recruitment process
- Manage the vehicle fleet and operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets)
- Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure a premium customer service culture
- Handle complaints
- Work with regional managers to optimize processes
Your Skills
- Service Mindset You have a service-oriented mindset and value direct customer interaction
- Management Experience At least 3 years of branch management experience required, with 2-4 years in sales and customer service
- Team Development Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team members
- Organizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Communication Excellence Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
