The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in:
- Matching buyers with their perfect home
- Driving new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
A Day in the Life
- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail

Requirements
Before proceeding:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Proof of business insurance for your vehicle (required before starting)
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

- National Insurance number
- Drivers Licence Check
