About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
- Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers
- Process customers online applications and convert to appointments/leads for local branches
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards achieving KPIs set by the Managers
