About the Role

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch.

You will be accountable for:

  • First-rate service delivery to existing clients
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Retaining policies and driving loyalty

You will have excellent experience and understanding of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance products and services.

  • You understand the importance of working collaboratively with your team to deliver results
  • You lead with a people first mindset and believe in supporting and empowering teams to deliver world-class service
  • You are commercially minded, with the ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • You have enthusiasm and resilience to care for existing clients and find new business opportunities
  • You are accountable for decision making, acting quickly, and making decisions based on what is right for clients, teams, and the business
  • You have the ambition to go beyond expectations
  • You exhibit the right behaviours whether everything is going well or there are challenges
