About the Role
Portico are the chosen service partner for providing front of house services at the offices of one of the world's most famous banking institutions and are currently adding to our regional support team.
The Facilities Coordinator (Regional Client Support Host) looks after the client services at a small cluster of regional offices in Liverpool, Chester, St Helens, Menai and Bangor. Travel costs are included.
You will be the go-to person for looking after the day to day needs of clients in their offices, delivering an exceptional and engaging working environment. You will work directly with the Workplaces Services Team, who oversee many aspects of facilities management.
Key Details
- Shifts: 40 hours per week, between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £30,835 per annum
- Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role essential
- Comfortable with regular travel
- Impeccable time management skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise your workload
