Lettings Negotiator

Join our Bury St Edmunds branch as a Lettings Negotiator, where you'll use your industry knowledge to drive results and deliver a standout service to both landlords and tenants. From conducting high-quality property viewings to negotiating deals and progressing tenancies, you'll be at the heart of the rental journey.
You will play an important role in generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the haart brand within the Bury St Edmunds community.
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Requirements

Compensation and benefits
Salary and commission
- £40,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
Working hours
- 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week
- 9am to 5pm every Saturday
