About the role

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge, you will join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment where success is recognised and rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Compensation & working hours

  • Salary: £40,000 OTE per year
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Company car: Available at Senior Negotiator level only
  • Hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Before starting, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle

Please note: If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
