Compensation & Hours
- Salary: £40,000 OTE per year
- Commission: Uncapped
- Company car: Available at Senior Negotiator level only
- Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements & Terms
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- If you voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme
