This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Propositions team. You'll support the maintenance and development of brand defining propositions — ensuring customer need is always front of mind — providing our customers with compelling reasons to become and stay a member of Nationwide.
This role is in the Customer Strategy team within Group Customer and Communications (GCC).
Responsibilities
The Customer Propositions team is responsible for taking the Customer Strategy to market through the development of exciting propositions from concept to reality to meet customer and Society needs, including the Benefits Checking Service, Fairer Share, and The Big Nationwide Thank You.
We work across Nationwide to facilitate connections and delivery.
Working arrangements
- Contract type: 9-month secondment opportunity
- Hours: Between 28 and 35 hours per week
- Working pattern: Hybrid working wherever possible, with generous access to home working
- Location: Nearest regional hub with regular collaboration events anticipated to be monthly in Swindon
