About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in London.
You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people and deliver the very highest standards on some of the most exciting construction projects around.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification
- 3-5 years' experience across a wide range of sectors
- Construction Stage Data Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy)
- Experience in pro-actively managing projects
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus
- Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous
- Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally
- Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience
- Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile
